Women in Construction Lab LLC provides this website and its educational resources. These terms describe permitted use of the website. The Privacy policy explains information handling, and our Disclaimers explain the limits of the tools.

Free resources and paid communities

The public bid finder provides a limited preview of up to three matching federal notices per search. GovCon community members can access the member finder through the resource in their private community Classroom. It displays up to 25 recent matching notices per search, subject to available source data. "Full results" means the expanded member results; it does not mean every government opportunity, unlimited results or a complete market database.

Email signup alone does not grant paid community membership or full member results. Opening a free resource or opting into email does not charge you. Community prices, renewal, cancellation, refund terms and included benefits are presented by the relevant offer and checkout on Skool or Stan. Review those terms before paying. The Women in Construction community and GovCon community are separate offers; joining one does not automatically grant access to the other.

Member resource access

Member links are intended for eligible GovCon members. Keep them private; do not post, sell or redistribute access links. Links may be replaced to protect access. The current finder uses a shared resource link and a temporary browser cookie; it does not automatically check each person's membership or cancellation status. If access fails, open the current Classroom resource or contact us.

Use of the tools

Use the resources lawfully for your business research and learning. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with the site or overload the service with automated requests. Do not submit confidential, payment or sensitive personal information in search or questionnaire fields.

You may save your own results and use the educational guidance for your business. Our original branding, videos and educational materials remain ours or our licensors'. Do not resell or republish those materials without permission. Public government notices remain subject to their original source terms.

Research, accuracy and availability

Verify deadlines, eligibility, attachments and amendments with the issuing agency. Certification programs and source data change. AI outputs require human review, especially for pricing, estimates, contracts, safety and regulated work. Resources are educational and do not create an attorney, accountant, engineer or other professional-client relationship.

We aim to keep the tools useful, but matching results, uninterrupted availability and particular outcomes are not promised. We may maintain, revise or suspend features for operational or security reasons. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

External services

External agencies, communities, course checkout and other linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, decisions or policies. Verify the destination and current offer before submitting information or making a payment.
